Nutrition Coaching

Our registered dietitians provide evidence-based nutrition counseling to help you reshape your health, lifestyle, and increase your well-being. Together, you and our dietitian will examine your current eating habits and nutrient intake and discuss your health and wellness goals. Our dietitian will offer practical and evidence-based advice to help you identify your goals and work with you to develop an individualized plan. Your session is personalized to meet your needs and can focus on a variety of components.

Megan McCarthy

Megan McCarthy, MS, RDN, LDN

Meet Megan: A registered dietitian since 2015. She is passionate about expanding her knowledge of nutrition and sharing it with others. Her work experience has been in both the community and clinical settings. Megan currently works in bariatric nutrition and has specialized experience in weight management. She focuses on helping people change their lifestyles in both nutrition and fitness. Megan believes in an individual and realistic approach for lasting change.

Fun Fact In addition to nutrition, Megan also loves fitness! She has been a fitness instructor for 13 years and enjoys teaching cycle and strength classes. Megan enjoys reading and going on hikes in her free time.

Natalie Cunniff RD, LDN

Meet Natalie: After completing her B.S. in Nutrition from Simmons University in 2022 and her Dietetic Internship at Hebrew Rehabilitation Center, Natalie has gone on to begin her career in long-term care working in a rehabilitation setting as a Clinical Dietitian. She has worked in the fitness industry for 7 years as a group instructor and is now so excited to be able to share her evidence-based nutrition practices with her clients to create longstanding and healthy goals.

Fun Fact Natalie is a true theater nerd who grew up dancing and singing A capella. In her free time, she enjoys working out, hiking, and cooking. In 2023 she completed her first Spartan Race.
